Nicholas Carter of Fairfield was caught on camera running away from the Somerset County Courthouse in Skowhegan in handcuffs, has now been sentenced.

Carter is facing 10 years in prison for assaulting a 14-month-old boy.
According to CentralMaine.com, the victim, who is now four, has undergone three brain surgeries, suffers vision loss in one eye. He has also spent years in therapy.
