Woman Accused in Etna Murder to Undergo Mental Evaluation

36-year-old Heidi Tasker is accused of fatally stabbing 41-year-old Luke Norris at their home on Old County Road in Etna, March 21.

Tasker appeared in court on yesterday morning, March 24, via video. According to reports, Tasker said she stabbed Norris because “the spirits told her she had to.”

The accused will undergo a competency evaluation before any proceedings continue.
