AOS #47 Superintendent of Schools James Stoneton II, in a letter to parents, says a video featuring an employee, was created using artificial intelligence.
The school district includes Airline, Dedham, and Orrington School Departments.
Stoneton says the video was a fake and a malicious digital attack, with no basis in reality. In the letter he said, “We also want to emphasize our strong support for the teacher involved. No one should be subjected to this kind of digital harassment, and we are committed to protecting their dignity and well-being.”
The superintendent said the teacher was the victim of digital impersonation, and the video had no basis in reality.
