Early on Saturday morning, Feb. 8, State Police responded to a single vehicle, single occupant crash on Interstate 95 northbound at mile marker 155 in Palmyra.
Initial investigation indicated that 20-year-old Tatiana Medeiros of East Providence, Rhode Island, was in the left-hand lane when her 2008 Toyota Matrix left the roadway and crashed into the median.
Medeiros was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
