The Maine Department of Labor is rolling out two new online tools designed to make the job search a little easier.
Anyone with a Maine JobLink account can now use the new Career Explorer feature, which matches users with potential career paths based on their interests through a personalized assessment.
The department has also added an AI-powered resume review tool that helps job seekers customize their resumes for specific job openings.
Labor Commissioner Laura Fortman says the new resources are intended to help connect Mainers’ skills and interests with job opportunities across the state, making it easier to explore careers, improve resumes, and find meaningful work.
