Maine’s ‘American Idol’ Star Julia Gagnon at Waterville Opera House

This Saturday night, Jan. 11, come see Maine’s own “American Idol star, Julia Gagnon, at the Waterville Opera House.

Originally from Cumberland, Julia gained national acclaim last year after placing in the top seven performers of the 22nd season of “American Idol.”

Gagnon is a student at the University of Southern Maine, and her singing journey started at a school talent show. During her time with the reality talent show, Julia became a household name across the state, with Mainers rallying to support her by voting for her each week and hosting watch parties.

Julia is working on writing and recording new music with her fiancé and musical partner, Nate Haven.

A portion of all ticket fees are designated to support the Youth Arts Access Fund.
