39-year-old James Gaines, of Brooklyn, New York, was wanted on an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. He was apprehended by Auburn police during a traffic stop yesterday, March 27.
Gaines was on parole due to a homicide conviction. He is expected to be extradited back to Pennsylvania.
