Fatal Fire in Otisfield Under Investigation

The Fire Marshal’s Office say the cause of a fatal fire in Otisfield yesterday, July 28, is under investigation.

The blaze was at 1017 Main Road, Route 121, in Otisfield. The structure was a two-story residence, approximately 100 years old.

Investigators located the remains of two deceased adults inside the residence. It is believed the deceased are 77-year-old Jean Jalbert and 65-year-old Donna Jalbert who lived at the residence.
